What we collect when you register a team, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
Who We Are
An independent event, not a SickKids program.
Charity Super Cup is an independent, volunteer-run community soccer tournament. We are not affiliated with, operated by, or an official program of the Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) or SickKids Foundation. We organize this tournament ourselves and raise funds that we donate to SickKids Foundation, but we are a separate group and SickKids does not run, endorse, or take responsibility for this website or our registration process.
What We Collect
Only what's needed to register your team.
When you register a team through this website, we collect:
- Your team name
- The team captain's name, email address, and phone number
- Optionally, the names and clothing sizes of players on your roster, if you choose to provide them
We don't collect payment information through this website, and we don't use cookies or trackers to profile visitors.
Why We Collect It
Registration and event logistics only.
We use this information solely to confirm your team's registration, communicate with your team captain about payment, scheduling, kit sizing, and other event logistics, and to send you updates about the current year's tournament. We do not use it for anything beyond running this event.
We Don't Sell Your Information
Never sold, rented, or shared.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with third-party vendors, marketing companies, or any other outside organization, for any reason. Your information stays with the Charity Super Cup organizing team and is used only for the purposes described on this page.
How We Protect It
Access limited to organizers only.
Registration information is stored in a system accessible only to Charity Super Cup's organizers. We don't publish, publicly list, or grant outside access to any information submitted through the registration form.
How Long We Keep It
Deleted once the season is over.
We keep registration information only as long as it's needed to run the current year's tournament. Once the tournament has concluded and we no longer need the information for that year's event, it is deleted. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, just ask.
