Our Story

ABOUT CHARITY SUPER CUP

A community soccer tournament bringing people together to make a meaningful difference for SickKids patients and families.

Our Mission

Push past every milestone.

For the past few years, the Charity Super Cup has brought together players and supporters from across the GTA to raise funds for SickKids. What began as a small community tournament has grown into an annual event that has already raised more than $13,000 for the SickKids Foundation.

This year, we're pushing toward our next milestone: $20,000 raised. Your support, whether by donating, registering a team, or just showing up, helps us get there.

All funds raised go directly toward the SickKids unrestricted fund, giving the hospital the flexibility to respond to urgent needs, invest in innovative research, and provide the best possible care for children and families.

On Event Day

More Than A Match

Tournament day is about more than what happens on the pitch. It's a full community event.

On-Site Care

Physio Support, Pitchside

A physiotherapy student is on-site every year, treating players for bumps, strains, and everything in between, so nobody has to sit out a cause they showed up for.

Our Partner

In Support of SickKids Foundation

The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) is one of the world's foremost pediatric health institutions. Every dollar Charity Super Cup raises supports SickKids Foundation's unrestricted fund, helping the hospital respond to urgent needs and invest in the best possible care for kids and families.

Behind The Cup

Organized By Volunteers

Charity Super Cup is run entirely by volunteer organizers who believe a great tournament can also do great good.

It all started during COVID, when soccer had stopped and we just wanted to see our friends again. What began as a pickup game turned into a full tournament once we realized we could use it to do some good. Our teams picked the cause, SickKids won, and the partnership that followed has shaped everything about this event since.

We care about this tournament because SickKids has been with us since day one, helping build it from a small idea into something real. It started as a way to bring friends together when soccer wasn't happening, but it's grown into a chance to give back every single year. That's the whole point: community first, cause always.
